WABI — Shopping and Services LLC ("WABI", "we", "us") is an independent software company registered in Delaware, United States. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with this website, www.wabillc.com.
The short version
This is a simple marketing website. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, we don't set marketing cookies, and we don't sell anyone's data. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
Information we collect
- Contact enquiries. When you use the contact form, your email app opens with the name, email address, and message you entered so you can send it to us. We receive that message, and any details you include in it, when you send it.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We don't use this to identify individuals.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to keep records of correspondence. We don't use it for marketing lists or share it with third parties, except service providers that help operate the site (such as our hosting provider) or where required by law.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
Data retention & your choices
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records. You can ask us to delete correspondence you've sent us at any time by contacting us.
